In short

The site has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party trackers.
Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server only.
We receive personal data only when you write to us or apply for membership.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

1. Who processes your data

The controller (owner) of personal data is NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION "YOUTH LVIV" (ГРОМАДСЬКА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ "МОЛОДЬ ЛЬВОВА"), EDRPOU code 46408055, registered address: 10 Verhuna P. St., Horodok, Lviv District, Lviv Region, 81500, Ukraine. E-mail: info@youthlviv.org.

2. What data, why and on what legal basis

Visiting the website

When you open the site, your browser sends technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page address and information about your browser and device. This data is processed by Cloudflare, the network through which the site is delivered, to serve pages and protect the site from attacks. Our server writes a request log without IP addresses (date and time, page, response code) and keeps it for no longer than 15 days.

Legal basis: the organization’s legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 11(1)(6) of the Law).

Correspondence

When you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name, the content of your message and any other data you choose to send, in order to reply and continue the conversation.

Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the message, and the organization’s legitimate interest (Article 11(1)(1) and (6) of the Law). We keep correspondence for no longer than three years after the last message, unless the law requires a longer period.

Membership applications and membership

We process your full name, date of birth, contact details and signature to review your application, keep the register of members, notify members of General Meetings and ensure the members’ rights set out in the statute.

Legal basis: your consent given in the application and compliance with the law and the statute (Article 11(1)(1) and (5) of the Law). We keep members’ data for the duration of membership and for no longer than five years after it ends, unless the law requires a longer period.

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not carry out profiling.

3. Who receives your data

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — content delivery and website protection network; processes visitors’ technical data. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — cloud server in Frankfurt am Main, Germany that stores the website files and the request log without IP addresses.
The e-mail service provider behind info@youthlviv.org; messages are stored on its servers.
Public authorities — only in the cases and in the manner provided by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Transfers abroad

Cloudflare may process technical data in its data centres in various countries, including states of the European Economic Area and the USA. The website server is located in Germany.

Under Article 29(3) of the Law, states of the European Economic Area, as well as states whose capital market regulators have signed the IOSCO Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (including the USA), are deemed to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

5. Cookies

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; the language switch is an ordinary link.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary technical cookie (for example, __cf_bm) if it detects suspicious automated traffic. It is used only to protect the site, not for tracking or advertising.

6. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law you have, in particular, the right:

to know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data, the purpose of processing and the location of the controller or processor;
to receive information about the conditions of access to the data, in particular about third parties to whom it is transferred;
to access your personal data;
to receive, within 30 calendar days of your request, an answer as to whether your data is processed, and its content;
to submit a reasoned objection to the processing of your data;
to submit a reasoned request to change or delete your data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
to protection of your data against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage;
to lodge complaints about the processing with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
to use legal remedies if data protection legislation is breached;
to make reservations limiting the processing when giving consent;
to withdraw your consent to processing;
to know how automated processing of your data works;
to protection against automated decisions that have legal consequences for you.

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to us at info@youthlviv.org. We will reply within 30 calendar days of receiving your request. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court. If you are in the European Union, you may also contact the data protection authority of your country.

8. Children

Members of the organization must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 14, please do not send us personal data without the involvement of your parents or other legal representatives.

9. Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections only. We collect as little data as possible, and only people who need it for their duties in the organization have access to correspondence and members’ data.
